It was midnight, the clock stroke 12 a few minutes ago and her mom Shanti shouts from below, “Ananya, are you asleep? I told you, if you wanna remove those dark circles under your eyes, you’ve got to sleep!”. There’s no answer from the above, and the shouting continued after a small break, “Okay, sleep or don’t, I don’t care, don’t come to me later complaining that u don’t look good in Bijay’s wedding photos.” There is still no response from the above so they went to sleep. The next morning, Shanti (Ananya’s mom) went up to her room to check out what she was doing. Knocking on the door, she said, “Ananya, I am coming in.” She came into the room and saw that Ananya is lying on her bed asleep. Trying to wake her up, Shanti kept moving her, “Ananya Ghoshal, you better wake up. I told you to sleep early so that you can get enough sleep. Wake up now, we’ve got to go to the wedding. There is a lot of work to do.” During this process, Shanti pushed Ananya till the end of the bed, and Ananya fell off the bed. Panicked, Shanti ran over to that side of the bed to see what happened and then screamed so loud that her husband Mr Ghoshal came running from his room where he is getting ready with half-worn clothes. And he was shocked to see what happened and removed his spectacles revealing his eyes filled with horror.

A few hours later;

On a TV in a Tea stall near the Ghoshals’ house, there was breaking news; “The Blinder stuck his blow again. Amid the dark, a young woman in her 20s Ananya Ghoshal was killed last night and her eyes are removed and not yet found anywhere. This is the 15th murder committed by the blinder in the past 2 years. And in every murder he does, he removes the victim’s eyes and they’re not found again. According to the information the police gave us, he kills his victims with a small blunt object. And the police aren’t able to figure out what that object is. Let's ask our ACP Aditya Kanidal about this”. The police responded, “We are investigating and it looks like we are on a verge of a big clue, the murder weapon could be something with a long handle like a shovel or a stick. We are working our best and the best officers are working on this case. We’ll catch this serial killer before he murders someone else. May God bless you all!”
